Ingredients
1 Lb. Small White Beans
1 Bunch Green Onions
1/2 Cup Celery
1/2 Cup Bell Pepper (optional)
1 1/2 Tsp. Salt
1 1/2 Tsp. Coarse Ground Pepper
1/2 Tsp. Celery Salt
1/2 Tsp. Garlic Salt
1 Cup Salad Oil
1 1/4 Cups Vinegar
Directions
Cook beans until tender; drain and let cool.
Dice green onions, celery and bell pepper.
Add to beans and toss.
Combine other ingredients and toss well.
Marinate overnight.
Nice for picnics and barbecues.
