Marinated Mushrooms Recipe
Ingredients
1/4 c. vinegar
1 clove of garlic, split
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 sm. bay leaf
1/4 tsp. Salt
Freshly ground pepper
3 tbsp. olive oil
1 tbsp. catsup
1 4-oz. can mushroom caps, drained
Directions
Combine vinegar, garlic, lemon juice, bay leaf, salt and pepper; boil for 15 minutes.
Cool.
Add olive oil and catsup; pour over mushrooms.
Cover; refrigerate for at least 12 hours.
