2 cups canned or small fresh mushroom caps
 
Marinade
 
1/2 cup finely chopped onions
 
1/2 cup salad vinegar
 
1/2 teaspoon black pepper, peppermill ground
 
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
 
1/2 cup salad oil

Directions

Drain or wash mushrooms; pour into quart jar.
Combine marinade ingredients; add to jar.
