Marinated Italian Beans Recipe

| Water | 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs) | |
| Italian salad dressing | 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs) (Commercial) | |
| Chablis/Other dry white wine | 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs) | |
| Tarragon vinegar | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Dried basil | 1⁄2 Teaspoon (Whole) | |
| Pepper | 1⁄4 Teaspoon | |
| Dried whole oregano | 1⁄8 Teaspoon | |
| Garlic | 2 Clove (10 gm), crushed | |
| Pimiento strips | 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) |

Directions
Place beans in a 12-x 8- x 2-inch baking dish.
Add water; cover with heavy-duty plastic wrap, and microwave at HIGH for 12 to 14 minutes, stirring after 5 minutes, or until crisp-tender.
Drain well.
Combine salad dressing, wine, vinegar, basil, pepper, oregano, and garlic, stirring well.
Pour marinade over beans, cover and chill 6 to 8 hours or overnight.
Remove beans with a slotted spoon.
Garnish with pimiento strips.
