Marinated Fresh Vegetable Salad Recipe

Ingredients
1/2 lb. fresh green beans, cut 1" 250 g
1/2 cucumber, peeled and sliced 1/2
2 celery stalks, diagonally sliced
1 green pepper, chopped
2 tomatoes, chopped
1/3 c. vegetable oil 75 mL
3 Tbsp. lemon juice 45 mL
2 Tbsp. soya sauce 30 mL
1 garlic clove, minced
2 tsp. sesame seeds 10 mL
1/2 tsp. ginger 2 mL
1/2 tsp. salt 2 mL
1/2 tsp. Tabasco 2 mL
Directions
Steam the green beans approximately 5-10 minutes or until tender-crisp.
Drain completely and combine in a large bowl with the next 4 ingredients.
Toss completely and refrigerate.
Combine the remaining ingredients into a dressing.
Toss this dressing with the vegetable mixture until well combined.
Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 3-4 hours.
Serve at once.
