Marinated Fish Appetizer Recipe
Ingredients
| Fish fillets | 2 Pound | |
| Orange juice | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Limes | 6 | |
| Onion | 1 , chopped | |
| Green pepper | 1 , chopped | |
| Sweet red pepper | To Taste, chopped | |
| Hot red pepper | 1⁄2 Small, chopped | |
| Sliced sweet red pepper | 1 | |
| Sliced sweet green pepper | 2 |
Directions
PREPARATION cut fish into thin diagonal slices.
Combine 1/2 cup orange juice, half of lime juice, onion, and peppers in deep bowl; add fish slices; chill for 8 hours drain.
Wash.
Put in serving dish; add remaining orange juice and lime juice; garnish with additional sweet red and green pepper slices.
