Marinated Chuck Roast Recipe
Ingredients
1 c. olive oil
3 tbsp. red wine
2 Ige. onions, grated
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tbsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. oregano
1 4 lb. chuck roast, 1 1/2 inches thick
Directions
Mix ingredients for sauce.
Cover meat with liquid and marinate for 48 hours.
Turn at least once.
Cook over hot coals until done.
