Marinated Chicken Wings Using Sauterne Recipe

| Lemon juice | 2 Teaspoon | |

Directions
Arrange chicken wings in a single layer in (10 x 8-inch) utility dish.
Set aside.
Combine sugar, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, ginger, lemon juice and water in 2-cup measure.
Microwave 2 minutes on HIGH.
Pour hot marinade over chicken wings.
Cover.
Marinate at least 3 to 4 hours at room temperature, preferably overnight in refrigerator.
10 minutes before serving time, drain marinade.
Cover tightly.
Microwave 3 to 4 minutes on HIGH, or until fork tender.
Let stand 3 minutes.
