 Carrots6 , grated

 1 1/2 cups shredded white cabbage
 Cucumber1 , grated

 Cayenne pepper1/2 Teaspoon
 Brown sugar3 Tablespoon, firmly packed
 Cider vinegar3 Tablespoon
 Lemon juice1 Tablespoon
 Turmeric1 Teaspoon

Directions

1. Combine carrots, steamed green beans, white cabbage, and cucumber in a glass bowl.
2. Combine garlic, cayenne pepper, brown sugar, cider vinegar, lemon juice, and turmeric.
3. Toss dressing with vegetables.
4. Chill, covered, for 5 hours.
