Marinated Bean Sprouts Recipe

| Marinade | ||
| Scallion | 3 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| 2 tablespoons sesame-seed oil | ||
| Soy sauce | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Vodka | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Vinegar | 1 Tablespoon | |
Directions
Place bean sprouts in colander; blanch.
Immediately rinse with cold water; drain well.
Combine remaining ingredients in large bowl.
Place bean sprouts in mixture to marinate at room temperature 1 hour.
Refrigerate at least 3 hours before serving.
