Marinated Baked Ham Recipe

Ingredients

 
1 cup unsweetened pineapple juice
 
1 cup orange juice
 
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
 
1 tablespoon wine vinegar
 
2 teaspoons dry mustard
 
3/4 teaspoon ground ginger
 
1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
 
1 (2-pound) fully cooked ham slice

Directions

Combine all ingredients except ham, mix well.
Pour over ham slice, cover and chill 8 hours or overnight, stirring occasionally.
Drain ham, reserving marinade.
Place ham in a shallow baking pan, bake, uncovered, at 325° for 35 to 40 minutes, basting every 10 minutes with reserved marinade.
