artichoke hearts
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
3 tbsp. salad vinegar
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. salad oil
3 cloves of garlic,
minced
Dash of hot pepper
sauce

How to make Marinated Artichoke Hearts

Cook artichoke hearts according to package direc- tions; drain.
Combine remaining ingredients in glass jar; cover.
Shake well.
Pour over artichoke hearts; chill for several hours, spooning dressing over hearts several times.
Drain.
Serve with wooden picks.
Hearts may be cut if too large.
