Ingredients

 
Frozen artichoke hearts - 1 pkg.
 
Salt - 1 tsp.
 
Cayenne pepper - 1/2 tsp.
 
Dry mustard - 1/4 tsp.
 
Salad vinegar - 3 tbsp.
 
Lemon juice - 1 tbsp.
 
Salad oil - 1 c.
 
Garlic - 3 cloves, minced
 
Dash of hot pepper sauce

Directions

MAKING
1) Read the package directions and cook artichoke hearts accordingly. Drain.
2) Add the remaining ingredients in a glass jar.
3) Cover tight and shake well.
4) Add over the artichoke hearts and refrigerate for several hours.
5) Add dressing several times over the hearts, then drain.

SERVING
6) Serve with wooden picks.
7) If too large, cut the hearts.
