Ingredients

 Zucchini1 pound, thinly sliced
 1/2 cup cream style cottage cheese with chives
 Dairy sour cream1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Lemon juice1 Tablespoon
 Garlic salt1/2 Teaspoon
 Green pepper1/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 Tomatoes2 Medium, sliced
 Endive or parsley

Directions

In covered saucepan cook zucchini in small amount of boiling water till crisp tender, 2 to 3 minutes.
Drain well.
In mixing bowl combine cottage cheese, sour cream, lemon juice, and garlic salt.
Add zucchini and green pepper; toss to coat.
Chill.
