Marinated Vegetable Spinach Salad Recipe

| Mushrooms | 8 Ounce, quartered | |

Directions
In small bowl, combine mustard, vinegar and tarragon.
Gradually add oil, whisking until slightly thickened.
In medium bowl, combine mushrooms, onion and tomatoes.
