Marinated Vegetable & Cheese Salad Recipe

Marinated Vegetable Salad is  a healthy salad which is high on its nutrient content. Kids who don€™t like to munch of  veggies, will adore this Marinated Vegetable Salad. So if you are doting mom, then there is no reason why you shouldn€™t be doing it.          

Ingredients

 
1/2 cup fresh broccoli flowerets
 
1/2 cup fresh cauliflower flowerets
 
1/2 cup sliced carrots
 
1/2 cup sliced celery
 
1/4 cup bottled low calorie Italian salad dressing
 
Lettuce leaves
 
1 cup torn lettuce
 
2 slices BORDEN® Lite line® American or Swiss
 
Flavor Process Cheese Product, cut into strips

Directions

In small bowl or plastic bag, combine broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, celery and dressing; mix well.
Cover; marinate in refrigerator 4 hours or overnight, stirring occasionally.
Drain; reserve salad dressing.
Line plate with lettuce leaves; top with torn lettuce then vegetables.
Pour 2 tablespoons reserved dressing over salad; top with cheese product strips.
