Marinated Vegetable Appetizer Recipe
Ingredients
| Mushrooms | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1 medium zucchini, cut into bite-size chunks | ||
| White wine vinegar | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Cooking oil | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Dry sherry | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Sugar | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Dried oregano | 1/4 Teaspoon, crushed | |
| Pepper | 1 Dash | |
Directions
Halve any large mushrooms.
In a medium mixing bowl combine mushrooms and zucchini.
In a screw-top jar combine vinegar, oil, sherry, sugar, oregano, and pepper.
Cover and shake well to mix, then pour over vegetables.
Cover and chill several hours, stirring occasionally.
