Ingredients

 
1 8 1/2 ounce can lima beans, drained
 
1 8 ounce can cut green beans, drained
 
1 8 ounce can red kidney beans, drained
 
1 medium sweet onion, sliced and separated into rings
 
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
 
2/3 cup vinegar
 
1/2 cup salad oil
 
1/4 cup sugar
 
1 teaspoon celery seed

Directions

In large bowl combine the lima beans, green beans, red kidney beans, onion rings, and chopped green pepper.
In a screw top jar combine vinegar, salad oil, sugar, and celery seed; shake to mix well.
Pour the marinade over the vegetables and stir lightly.
Cover and chill 8 hours or overnight, stirring frequently.
Drain before serving.
