Ingredients

 
3 caps hot cooked drained soybeans
 
3/4 cup vegetable oil
 
1/3 cup vinegar
 
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
 
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
 
2 cup chopped scallions
 
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
 
1/3 cup chopped celery
 
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
 
2 tablespoons snipped fresh dill weed

Directions

1. Put the hot beans in a bowl. Combine the oil, vinegar, salt and pepper to taste, and garlic and pour over the hot beans. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for several hours.
2. Stir in remaining ingredients and chill again.
