 Water3 Cup (16 tbs)

 Frozen shrimp1 pound

 1/2 cup lemon juice or lime juice

 Snipped chives1 Tablespoon
 Capers2 Teaspoon, drained
 Salt1 Teaspoon
 Dill weed1/2 Teaspoon, dried
 3 drops bottled hot pepper sauce
 Avocados4 Medium
 Lemon juice
 Salt To Taste

Directions

Bring water and 1 tablespoon salt to boiling.
Add shrimp; return to boiling.
Reduce heat and simmer for 1 to 3 minutes or till shrimp turn pink.
Drain.
For marinade, combine oil, 1/2 cup lemon or lime juice, vinegar, chives, capers, 1 teaspoon salt, dillweed, and hot pepper sauce.
Add cooked shrimp; toss to coat.
Cover and chill for several hours or overnight, stirring occasionally.
To serve, halve unpeeled avocados; remove seeds.
Brush cut surfaces with lemon juice; sprinkle with salt.
Drain shrimp, reserving marinade.
Spoon shrimp into avocado shells.
If desired, drizzle with reserved marinade.
