Marinated Shrimp In Avocado Halves Recipe
Ingredients

| Frozen shrimp | 1 pound | |
| Salad oil | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1/2 cup lemon juice or lime juice | ||
| Vinegar | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Snipped chives | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Capers | 2 Teaspoon, drained | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Dill weed | 1/2 Teaspoon, dried | |
| 3 drops bottled hot pepper sauce | ||
| Avocados | 4 Medium | |
| Lemon juice | ||
| Salt | To Taste | |
Directions
Bring water and 1 tablespoon salt to boiling.
Add shrimp; return to boiling.
Reduce heat and simmer for 1 to 3 minutes or till shrimp turn pink.
Drain.
For marinade, combine oil, 1/2 cup lemon or lime juice, vinegar, chives, capers, 1 teaspoon salt, dillweed, and hot pepper sauce.
Add cooked shrimp; toss to coat.
Cover and chill for several hours or overnight, stirring occasionally.
To serve, halve unpeeled avocados; remove seeds.
Brush cut surfaces with lemon juice; sprinkle with salt.

Spoon shrimp into avocado shells.
