Marinated Salmon Recipe
Ingredients
| Salmon slice | 6 | |
| Onions | 3 , sliced | |
| Water | 3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Kosher salt | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Lemon juice | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| White vinegar | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Spice | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Bay leaf | 1 | |
| Whole peppercorns | 1/4 Teaspoon |
Directions
MAKING
1) In a skillet, mix the salmon, onions water and salt
2) Bring the mixture to a boil and boil for about 25 minutes on a low flame
3) Place the salmon to a bowl or platter
4) Squeeze in the lemon juice, add the vinegar, pickling spice, bay leaf and the peppercorns to the fish stock
5) Bring the mixture to a boil
6) Pour this hot stock over the fish and place the dish in the refrigerator to chill for at least 24 hours
7) SERVING
8) Serve the fish along with some soup as an accompaniment
