Marinated Salmon Recipe
Ingredients
| Salmon slice | 6 | |
| 3 Bermuda onions, sliced | ||
| Water | 3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salt | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Lemon juice | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| White vinegar | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Spice | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Bay Leaf | 1 | |
| Whole peppercorns | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
Directions
Combine salmon, onions, water, and salt in a Dutch oven.
Bring to a boil and simmer 25 minutes.
Carefully transfer salmon to a platter.
Add lemon juice, vinegar, pickling spice, bay leaf and peppercorns to the fish stock.
Bring to a boil and cook 2 minutes.
Pour over fish and chill 24 hours before serving.
Drain and serve cold.
Bring to a boil and simmer 25 minutes.
