Marinated Red Peppers Recipe

4 large red peppers, roasted and cut into strips
2 tblspn olive oil
2 small cloves garlic, very thinly sliced
Directions
Place red peppers in a shallow bowl, add olive oil and garlic and mix gently.
Cover bowl and set aside to marinate for at least 1 hour at room temperature.
The salad is traditionally served with slices of italian bread.
