Marinated Potato Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| 1/3 cup low-calorie Italian salad dressing | ||
| 2 cups hot cooked cubed potatoes | ||
| Celery | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), sliced | |
| 1/2 cup thinly sliced red onion, separated into rings | ||
| Radishes | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), sliced | |
| Green pepper | 2 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Dill weed | 1/4 Teaspoon, dried | |
| Snipped parsley | 2 Tablespoon | |
Directions
In a large bowl pour dressing over hot potatoes; mix gently to coat.
Cover and marinate in refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
Add celery, onion, radishes, green pepper, salt, and dillweed; toss gently to combine.
Sprinkle with parsley.
