 1/3 cup low-calorie Italian salad dressing
 2 cups hot cooked cubed potatoes
 Celery1/2 Cup (16 tbs), sliced
 1/2 cup thinly sliced red onion, separated into rings
 Radishes1/4 Cup (16 tbs), sliced
 Green pepper2 Tablespoon, chopped
 Salt1/2 Teaspoon
 Dill weed1/4 Teaspoon, dried
 Snipped parsley2 Tablespoon

Directions

In a large bowl pour dressing over hot potatoes; mix gently to coat.
Cover and marinate in refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
Add celery, onion, radishes, green pepper, salt, and dillweed; toss gently to combine.
Sprinkle with parsley.
