Marinated Potato Salad Recipe
Ingredients
1/4 cup Mazola corn oil
1/4 cup green onion, thinly sliced
2 tsp white wine vinegar
2 tsp dry white wine
1 tsp parsley, chopped
1/2 tsp dried dill
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
2 lb. red potatoes, cooked, sliced
1/4 in. (6 mm) thick
Directions
In a large bowl, stir together the first 8 ingredients.
Add potatoes.
Gently toss to coat potatoes.
Cover; chill for several hours, tossing occasionally.
If desired.
