Marinated Pork In Citrus Horseradish Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
| Onion | 1 Large, chopped | |
| Garlic | 6 Clove (5gm), crushed | |
| Soy sauce | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Cider vinegar | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Vegetable oil | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Brown sugar | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Curry powder | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Oregano | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Ground pepper | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Boneless pork roast | 1/2 pound, trimmed | |

Directions
Combine the onion, garlic, soy sauce, vinegar, oil, brown sugar, curry powder, oregano and pepper in a large bowl.
Add the pork roast.
Cover and marinate 12 to 24 hours, turning occasionally.
Remove the pork from the marinade and rotate the pork roast on the spit rods for 1 hour 15 to 1 hour 30 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 160 degrees on the instant thermometer.
Remove roast, untie and slice into 1/2-inch thick slices.
