Marinated Pork Back Ribs Recipe
Ingredients
Marinade
3/4 cup (175 ml) pineapple juice
3 tbsp (45 ml) soya sauce
2 garlic cloves, smashed and chopped
1/4 cup (50 ml) catsup
1 tbsp (15 ml) honey
Recipe
3 lb (1.4 kg) pork back ribs
Salt and pepper
Directions
Preheat barbecue at LOW.
Place pineapple juice, soya sauce and garlic in large bowl.
Mix well, add remaining marinade ingredients and season to taste.
Add ribs and let stand 15 minutes.
Place ribs on hot grill.
Partially cover and cook 40 to 45 minutes, turning frequently and basting as needed.
Season well.
