Marinated Mushrooms Recipe
Ingredients
| Water | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Vegetable oil | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Lemon juice | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), crushed | |
| Thyme | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Tarragon | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Peppercorns | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| 2 6 Ounce Cans Mushroom Crowns, Drained | ||
Directions
1. Combine all ingredients except mushrooms in saucepan. Simmer uncovered 5 minutes.
2. Add mushrooms; simmer 1 minute.
3. Cover; refrigerate, stirring several times.
