Marinated Mushrooms Recipe
Ingredients
| Water | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Vegetable oil | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Orange juice | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Lemon juice | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Lemon peel strip | 2 | |
| Orange peel strip | 2 | |
| Sugar | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Mustard seed | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Oregano | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Cilantro | 2 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Ground pepper | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| 1 lb. mushrooms, medium size, stems removed | ||
Directions
Combine all the ingredients in a large saucepan.
Bring to a simmer and remove from the heat.
Place in a glass bowl and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 24 hours.
Serve at room temperature.
