Ingredients

 1 lb. small button mushrooms, stalks cut off
 Salt1 Teaspoon
 Ground pepper1/4 Teaspoon
 Dill2 Teaspoon, chopped
 1/4 cup tarragon vinegar
 Lemon juice1 Tablespoon
 Garlic1 Clove (5gm), minced
 Tomato Paste1 Tablespoon
 Olive oil1/4 Cup (16 tbs)

Directions

Combine marinade ingredients in 2 quart (2 L) microproof casserole.
Add mushrooms.
Cook on HIGH 3-4 minutes or until mixture is just to boiling point, stirring every minute.
Let cool, then chill.
