Ingredients

 Button mushrooms500 Gram
 Lemon juice2 Tablespoon
 Olive oil125 Milliliter
 1 colve garlic, crushed
 2 rindless streaky bacon rashers, chopped
 6 tomatoes, peeled, seeded and chopped
 Bay leaves2
 Coriander2 Tablespoon, chopped
 Dry white wine125 Milliliter
 Brandy1 Tablespoon

Directions

Sprinkle mushrooms with lemon juice.
Heat oil in a saucepan.
Saute garlic and bacon for 5 minutes.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Bring to the boil, then simmer until thickened.
Pour over mushrooms.
Cool.
Cover dish and marinate overnight in the refrigerator.
