Marinated Mushrooms Recipe
Ingredients
| Button mushrooms | 500 Gram | |
| Lemon juice | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Olive oil | 125 Milliliter | |
| 1 colve garlic, crushed | ||
| 2 rindless streaky bacon rashers, chopped | ||
| 6 tomatoes, peeled, seeded and chopped | ||
| Bay leaves | 2 | |
| Coriander | 2 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Dry white wine | 125 Milliliter | |
| Brandy | 1 Tablespoon | |
Directions
Sprinkle mushrooms with lemon juice.
Heat oil in a saucepan.
Saute garlic and bacon for 5 minutes.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Bring to the boil, then simmer until thickened.
Pour over mushrooms.
Cool.
Cover dish and marinate overnight in the refrigerator.
