Vegetable is one of the few ingredients I like to include in my daily cooking and this is my comfort recipe that I usually prepare using it. 1/2 pound mushrooms
Basic Fennel Dressing
Directions
Clean the mushrooms, rinse if necessary, and pat dry with paper towels.
Marinate overnight in the fennel dressing.
