Ingredients

 Salad oil1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Salt2 Teaspoon
 2 1/2 teaspoons each dry basil and Dijon mustard
 1/2 teaspoon each pepper and paprika
 White wine vinegar5 Tablespoon
 Lemon juice4 Teaspoon
 Mushrooms2 Pound, sliced
 1 1/2 cups thinly sliced green onions, including some green tops
 1 basket cherry tomatoes, washed, and stems removed

Directions

In a large bowl, combine oil, salt, basil, mustard, pepper, paprika, vinegar, and lemon juice.
Beat with a fork until well blended.
Mix in mushrooms and green onions; cover and marinate at room temperature, stirring occasionally, for about 1 hour or until serving time.
Just before serving, mix in tomatoes.
