Directions

GETTING READY
1. Poke holes into the meat and insert the garlic cloves into them randomly.

MAKING
2. In a baking tray, add the minced garlic, soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, olive oil and brown sugar and use a fork to mix it around.
3. Place the meat on the tray and spread the marinade.
4. Flip to the other side and do the same.
5. Place the meat aside for an hour. For marinading any longer, cover the meat and place in the refrigerator.

SERVING
6. Grill the meat for 20-25 minutes on both sides and serve.
