Marinated Lamb Chops Recipe
Ingredients
| Dry sherry | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Cider vinegar | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Green onions | 2 Small, finely chopped | |
| Lemon juice | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Lemon pepper | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Worcestershire sauce | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Rosemary leaves | 1 Teaspoon, crushed | |
| Parsley flakes | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Lemon peel | 1/4 Teaspoon, grated | |
| 1/2 teaspoon bouquet sauce, optional | ||
| 4 lamb loin chops, 1 1/4 -in thick | ||
Directions
Combine all ingredients except lamb chops in small bowl.
Place chops in plastic bag, pour in marinade and seal.
Marinate in refrigerator overnight.
Arrange lamb chops on roasting rack.
Discard marinade.
Microwave at High 5 minutes.
Turn chops over.
Reduce power to 50% (Medium).
Microwave 7 to 9 minutes, or until lamb chops have reached desired doneness.
Place chops in plastic bag, pour in marinade and seal.
