Easy Marinated Lamb Chops Recipe
Ingredients
| 4 sirloin lamb chops, about 1 inch thick | ||
| Stone-ground mustard | ||
| Ground pepper | 1 To taste | |
| Red wine | ||
| Salt | To Taste | |
Directions
Rub both sides of chops with mustard.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
Cover with wine and marinate overnight in refrigerator .
Rub again with mustard just before broiling or pan-frying to desired doneness.
