Marinated Lamb Chops Recipe
Ingredients
| Dry red wine | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Olive oil | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Garlic | 2 Tablespoon, minced | |
| Onion | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Bay Leaf | 1 | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1 Dash | |
| 8 lamb chops, 1 1/2 to 2 inches thick | ||
Directions
Combine all ingredients except lamb; mix well.
Pour marinade over chops.
Cover; refrigerate overnight.
Turn meat occasionally.
Remove chops from marinade; grill over hot coals until desired doneness.
Turn once during cooking process.
