Marinated Lamb Chops Recipe
Ingredients
8 lamb chops
1/2 cup dry white wine
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup olive oil
1 teaspoon rosemary
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/2 teaspoon thyme
Directions
1. Mix oils, wine, and seasonings.
2. Remove and discard extra fat on lamb chops. Place lamb in a large, flat dish and pour marinade on top. Cover with Saran wrap. Marinate 8-10 hours, turning the chops once. Dry chops in paper towels and fry a couple of minutes on each side so they are pink in the center.
