Marinated Ham with Sauce Veronise Recipe
Ingredients
| 1/4 cup firmly-packed.brown sugar | ||
| Honey | 2 Tablespoon | |
| 2 teaspoons Dijon-style mustard | ||
| 1 (3- to 4-pound) boneless ham | ||
| Dry white wine | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
Combine brown sugar with honey, mustard, and pat over top of ham.
With metal skewer or long-tined fork, poke ham in several places.
Pour wine over ham.
Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 3 to 4 hours, turning ham over several times to marinate.
Roast ham, uncovered, in preheated 325 degree oven for 1-1/2 hours, basting frequently with marinade.
Serve with Green Grape Sauce.
