Ingredients
| 12-oz. halibut fillets or steaks | ||
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Paprika | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Onion | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Lemon juice | 3 Tablespoon | |
Directions
Sprinkle halibut with salt and paprika.
Place halibut in shallow pan or bowl.
Sprinkle with onion and lemon juice.
Cover; let stand 1 hour (turning after 1/2 hour).
Drain and reserve liquid.
Broil on ungreased broiler pan 4 inches from heat for 5 minutes on each side, basting with reserved liquid during broiling.
Serve hot.
