1 1/2 ounces wine vinegar

3 tablespoons red currant jelly
1 cup port wine
1 teaspoon mustard powder
1 teaspoon finely chopped yellow onion

1 tablespoon very finely sliced orange rind
1 tablespoon very finely sliced lemon rind
Directions
1. Mix all the ingredients for the marinade. Place the chops in the marinade for at least 3 hours. Turn them occasionally.
2. Broil the chops for 5-6 minutes on each side.
