Ingredients
| 2 whole chicken breasts, halved, boned, and skinned | ||
| 1/2 cup tarragon vinegar | ||
| Onions | 1 Tablespoon, grated | |
| Tarragon | 1 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Tamari soy sauce | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm) | |
Directions
Flatten each piece of chicken by placing it between 2 sheets of waxed paper and pounding it with a mallet until 1/4 to 1/2 inch thick.
Place the chicken pieces in an 8 X 8-inch baking dish.
In a small bowl, combine the vinegar, onions, tarragon, and tamari.
Add the garlic by pushing it through a garlic press into the bowl and stir.
Pour the marinade over the chicken, cover, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, turning the chicken once or twice.
Grill or broil the chicken pieces until cooked through, about 20 to 30 minutes, brushing with additional marinade every 10 minutes as the chicken cooks.
