Marinated Green Bean Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| Green beans | 1 pound | |
| Cherry tomatoes | 16 , halved | |
| Water | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| White wine vinegar | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 3/4 teaspoon dill seeds | ||
| Sugar | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Crushed red pepper | 1/2 Teaspoon, dried | |
| Salt | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Garlic | 2 Clove (5gm), sliced | |
Directions
1. Arrange beans in a vegetable steamer over boiling water. Cover; steam 3 minutes. Plunge into ice water; drain. Combine beans and tomatoes in a dish.
2. Bring water and vinegar to a boil in a saucepan. Add dill seeds and remaining ingredients. Pour over beans. Cover and marinate in refrigerator at least 8 hours.
