 Goat cheese1 Pound
 Black olives1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 Dried rosemary1 Tablespoon
 Whole black peppercorns1 Tablespoon
 Shallots2 , chopped
 Garlic2 Clove (5gm), crushed
 Extra-virgin olive oil
 French bread

Directions

Cut cheese into large cubes; place in large jar. Add olives, rosemary, peppercorns, shallots and garlic. Add enough olive oil to cover. Refrigerate for at least 2 days.
To serve, remove garlic; spoon cheese, some of the herbs, olives and oil into serving bowl. Serve with bread.
