 Garban-zos - 1 20-ounce can , drained
 Oil1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Vinegar3 Tablespoon
 Parsley1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 Scallions1/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 Garlic salt1 Dash
 Salt To Taste
 Pepper1

Directions

MAKING
1 In a bowl, mix together all the ingredients.
2 Allow to marinate in the refrigerator for about 2 hours.Drain.

SERVING
3 Serve with toast rounds, or as part of an antipasto tray with tuna fish, pimientos and olives.
4 Arrange cocktail plates and forks for the convenience of guests.
