Marinated Flounder With Cucumber Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
1 lb flounder fillets
1/4 c corn meal
1/4 t tamari
1 /2 c lemon juice
1 /4 c wholewheat flour
1/2 c sesame oil
1/4 t tarragon
Directions
Marinate flounder in lemon juice and tarragon for 10 minutes, then drain and dip in a mixture of corn meal, flour and tamari.
Saute in oil until golden brown, about 4 minutes.
