Marinated Fish Fillets Recipe
Ingredients
| Oil | 2/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1/3 cup tarragon vinegar | ||
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Worcestershire sauce | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Onion | 1 , sliced | |
| Peppercorns | 4 | |
| Bay Leaf | 1 | |
| Parsley | 2 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| 1 pound fish fillets or fish steaks | ||
Directions
1. Combine all ingredients, except fish, in baking dish.
2. Add fish, cover, and refrigerate at least 3 hours.
3. Drain fish and reserve marinade.
4. Place fish in baking dish and pour 1/4 cup marinade over fish.
5. Bake in a preheated 350°F oven 25-30 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
