| White vinegar | 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) | |

| Cod filets | 1 Pound (haddock or flounder fillets) |
Directions
Combine all ingredients except fish and paprika in a bowl.
Place fish in mixture and refrigerate 2 to 4 hours.
Remove fish and reserve marinade.
Sprinkle fish with paprika and broil until it is tender and flakes easily when tested with a fork; baste with reserved marinade
