Marinated Filet Mignon Recipe
Ingredients
| Olive oil | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salt | 3/4 Teaspoon | |
| Lemon-pepper-3/4 teaspoon, seasoning | ||
| Oregano | 3/4 Teaspoon, dried | |
| Garlic powder | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Beef tenderloin steaks -6 (4- to 6-ounce) | ||
Directions
MAKING
1)Combine olive oil, salt, lemon-pepper, whole oregano and garlic powder in a large shallow container adding steaks into the mixture.
2)Cover and marinate the mixture for 3 hours in refrigerator and keep turning steaks occasionally.
3)After sometime remove steaks from marinade.
FINALIZING
4)Grill the steaks on hot coals for 5-7 minutes on each side till it is properly cooked.
SERVING
5)Serve it hot with some nice cool drinks.
