Marinated Chicken Recipe
Ingredients
| Chicken Breasts - 12 ounces, skinless and boneless, washed, dried and cut into 1/4-inch wide strips | ||
| Lime juice | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Dried Marjoram OR Oregano - 1 teaspoon | ||
| Olive oil | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Hot Chilli Oil - 1 1/2 teaspoons | ||
| Jimmy Schmidt's Relish - as required | ||
Directions
MAKING
1. In a bowl put the chicken and squeeze the lime juice over it.
2. Sprinkle the herb, mix and leave it to marinate until ready to cook.
3. In a skillet heat oil, drain the chicken and cook over high heat until it becomes golden on all sides and cooked through.
SERVING
4. Serve It hot topped with the relish or on top of the relish.
