Marinated Chick Peas Recipe
Ingredients
| Chickpeas | 4 Can (10oz), drained | |
| Red onion | 1 , thinly sliced | |
| 2/3 cup olive or other salad oil | ||
| Wine vinegar | 6 Tablespoon | |
| Parsley | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), finely chopped | |
| Ground pepper | 1 To taste | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
