 Chickpeas4 Can (10oz), drained
 Red onion1 , thinly sliced
 2/3 cup olive or other salad oil
 Wine vinegar6 Tablespoon
 Parsley1/4 Cup (16 tbs), finely chopped
 Ground pepper1 To taste
 Salt To Taste

Directions

Toss all ingredients together.
Prepare a day or two ahead of time and refrigerate, covered.
Remove 1 hour
